About: Collie Hospital

(as a service user),

When entering the hospital at collie to attend a radiology appointment I had to sign in at a desk. It had a public form with at least 15 names ahead of mine. I had to enter name - first and last, mobile number and reason for attending hospital. I don’t feel that this method respected my privacy.

I spoke to reception on leaving the hospital expressing that I understood it wasn’t their decision but I felt the form was too public and using individual papers, as was previous, was preferred. No verbal acknowledgment was given, I was handed a care opinion card.
