(as a service user),

My third visit there. This time for a knee replacement. Amazing surgeon, Anaesthetist, and staff. Nurses were so thoughtful and caring. Auxiliary staff were fantastic. Special note to Sue. You are not ‘just a cleaner’. I see you are an integral part of the team and as caring as any of them.
