"Exceptional care provided by the Kununurra Hospital staff"

I am from a town in the north east of Victoria. Recently, myself and my husband were involved in a major motor vehicle accident in the Durack area of Western Australia, which tragically brought an end to our 10 week touring holiday.

As a result of the accident, we were transferred by ambulance by road from the accident site to the Kununurra hospital emergency department for the assessment and treatment of our injuries.

The Nurses, Doctors and other staff at the Kununurra hospital went above and beyond with the care and support provided to both myself and my partner upon arrival and then to myself when my husband was airlifted to Royal Perth Hospital whist I remained at Kununurra hospital. Words cannot express my gratitude for the kindness I have been shown by all of the staff who have been involved in my care.

Not only have the staff provided care, but they have shown me enormous compassion and provided friendship, support and a shoulder for me to cry on.

I would be exceptionally grateful if you could pass on my sincerest gratitude and thanks - words cannot express how grateful we are and I wish I could thank each and everyone personally - your team has made this very distressing and difficult time much easier.
