(as the patient),

Went to Emergency with cardiac issues at 3.30am. Emergency very busy but treated with respect and professional care. Staff absolutely amazing and couldn’t find fault. Admitted to cardiac ward at 1030 am. Had procedure to my heart at 3pm and home at 8pm. Absolutely wonderful care that made me feel valued. Professional, caring and respectful were all staff from Medical, Nursing, Catering and Cleaners.
