(as a parent/guardian),

My family and I have recently had our immunisations for the winter flu season in three springs. 

The nurse that gave our immunisations was fantastic. My daughter is frightened of needles but Tara took her time, reassured her and made the experience less frightening. 

Tara helped my daughter see that it wasn't as scary as she had thought and afterward my daughter said she didn't even feel it and that's because Tara said she was brave and she truly felt it. 

I hope that next next year we are lucky enough to get Tara again so that we can continue to grow the positive experience. 

I think we are so lucky to have experienced, caring nurses like Tara at three springs who look after the local and surrounding communities.
