(as a parent/guardian),

Thanks to the staff in ED for looking after my son. After an unfortunate accident where he fainted and chipped his teeth, my son needed medical assistance to remove the chipped teeth from his bottom lip. The staff at SSEH ED were great, very professional and reassuring. It was a busy night, but there was a sense of calm and purpose as to how they went about their business. And success! the teeth were carefully and safely removed.

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience of your son's care in our Emergency Department. I am very pleased to be able to share your feedback with the ED staff. The delivery of professional and high-quality care is always our organisational priorities, and it is excellent to hear that those priorities are being maintained in a busy environment such as in ED.
