"Positive, harmonious and empathetic behaviour"

About: Osborne Park Hospital

(as the patient),

I recently had a personal experience in the Osborne Park Hospital when I had a daily procedure. I was alone, like happens for so many people, but they took care of me as I was someone they had known forever and so I noticed the same for the other patients. Such a positive, harmonious and empathic behaviour, I was so excited that almost want to cry. 

I have to say it was amazingly excellent, the assistants, the operators I saw and the service itself was perfect. I'm sorry to think that people keep thinking that if you pay you have a better service and I confirm from my experience what I have always thought, if we all use the public service this will have the opportunity to become stronger financially and socially.

Well done 👍 

I was feeling delightful and I felt grateful to the maximum power.
