The positive birth program was very beneficial and informative. I am so thankful that I attended the sessions. My husband also found the classes to be interesting and informative. Thank you Kasey for organising the classes.
I would also like to thank Clare as she was an amazing lecturer with a lot of knowledge. She has definately made me much more excited for birth and the fear around birthing has been removed. She is such a passionate midwife and lecturer encouraging us to be speak up and let the birthing team know what we would like while birthing. Before the course and Clare informing me on everything that I can do to have a safe and successful birthing with all the tools no matter the outcome (for example not having to birth on a bed) I had not a lot of knowledge. I feel much more prepared and understand the importance of getting into the safe bubble of comfort and breathing through the surges.
It was amazing to see how much your mind plays in pregnancy and the time leading up to the birth.
I would highly recommend this course to any mums and dads to be.
