We have been looked after by the feeding team through pop health child development in Albany. I want to thank Ali and Elspeth for their care over about 7mths with my baby.
Ali and Elspeth helped us immensely. They are such a lovely team, are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and generous. They were really there for my baby and I when we needed it most. We felt we received the most amazing care from Ali and Elspeth as far as both feeding management and emotional support, at a really tricky time for us. I don’t think we would have been able to get through quite the same without them. Thank you for everything you have done to help - we are so thankful and your service is greatly appreciated.
Thank you also to Kylie, dietitian, who also helped us problem solve and address my baby’s formula requirements. It was great to know such helpful and friendly advice was just at the end of the phone.
Thank you amazing team :) I feel Albany is so lucky.
