I would like it noted and acknowledged on record the extra time, commitment and care given by all staff I have met at Hawthorn Village.

Under what I believe were difficult circumstances the staff have kept the residents of this village safe, during the recent coVid lock down periods.

Thank you so much for taking the time to pass on this lovely feedback on behalf of a user of our service. It is always nice to hear we are doing a good job and I will make sure to pass this on to all staff here at The Village. Covid certainly has been a challenging time, and I am glad that we were able to keep you feeling safe and well cared for during this time.
