(as a parent/guardian),

My Step-daughters arm was broken in a school yard accident, her journey from point of triage to discharge was smooth, professional and efficient. From being seen in Emergency almost immediately, her pain was addressed promptly through to the surgery she had that evening and discharge from the paediatric ward the next day, a very painful and stressful experience was made that much better by the compassionate, knowledgeable and hard working staff in the Emergency, theatre, orthopaedic and paediatric departments. We are extremely grateful for the care we received.

It is fantastic to hear that you were provided with timely and efficient care and that our staff attended to your needs with compassion. The staff have been working hard at Bunbury to provide the best quality care in a caring way and I am heartened to hear that this was your experience.
