My stepfather who had COVID collapsed in his bathroom at home. He was taken into ED where he was assessed and then transferred to ward 3South. My mother, brother and I felt very reassured by the care and treatment he received at St George Hospital. Communication was clear and we were kept well informed. We would like to thank all the staff from the ambulance service, to the Emergency Department, and ward 3South. Thank you to Dr Grant, NUM Stephanie, CNE Hong, RN Cathy, and to all the wonderful team on 3South (sorry we can't recall all your names). Thank you for your kindness and all your hard work. It is very much appreciated and valued.
