"Poor patient service by Drs"

About: Armadale Hospital / Colyer Surgical & Medical Ward

(as a relative),

Drs in Armadale Hospital in the ward my parent is in apparently cannot give any communication when requested.   They promised to call and advise what the next plan was, and 6 hours later I am still Waiting.   I feel this is extremely poor and even when I spoke to another Dr last night, all they were seemingly interested on was telling me was my parent had to go another hospital.  Where is the communication as to why, what for and what's best.  No,  just apparently what's best for themselves.  Didn't even tell my parent that they were to have an operation till I asked why they were going.
