(as the patient),

Today I had the absolute best care from a nurse in ED named cam. 

He is one of the best nurses I have ever had in my entire lifetime. 

He was always on the ball with everything, never judged me once and always there for me whenever I needed him. 

I was almost ready to discharge myself from a previous nurse experience  I had then cam came along and listened to every concern I had and answered them on the spot and knew his stuff! 

I felt comfortable enough to press my buzzer if something felt off and instantly addressed my concern.

He is honestly one of a kind and I cannot thank him enough for the support and treatment he had given me in this hard time right now. 

I hope he gets to see this because I cannot thank him enough.

Cam joined our team a few months ago and you are not the first person to sing his praises. Thank you so much for taking the time to feed this back to us, and to Cam, and I will make sure that he knows how much he restored your faith in good nursing care. It's also a good prompt for us to tell him how valued he is by BCH, and to thank him for the positive impact he is having on our community.
