(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Sorry I took so long to write a letter. You guys are beautiful staff, it was a beautiful hospital. Thanks to all the staff that was there for me. I would really like to say sorry for my behaviour when I heard about my parent's passed away. I'd like to see you back again with a nice smiling face.
