"Parking validation"

About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital

(as a carer),

The person who validates the parking tickets near the emergency department is awful and rude in my opinion. I’ve had another encounter with them now, and I have had one before. I can also see someone else having an argument with them at the time of writing this story.

I am a carer for an elderly person, last time I came it was raining and this staff member made me wait. I had waited for 25 minutes, with the elderly person in the rain and they came out and when I spoke to them, the staff member told me no and that I'll have to wait. Then if felt they threw the ticket at me.

In my opinion, they're not doing the company any good and I think they need to go.
