"Received great care at ED at Box Hill Hospital"

About: Box Hill Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a parent/guardian),

Had to take my son to Emergency Department at Box Hill Hospital. It was hectic and very busy but he received great care and prompt treatment given the emergency department setting.  Could not get admitted until the next morning but I felt the staffing team out there treated all patients with exceptional dignity and respect, even when some patients were getting  quite upset and almost irate.
