About: Kalgoorlie Health Campus / Emergency Department

(as a carer),

I went to ED the other day with my 3 year old kid. The triage nurse and nurse who looked after my kid was very efficient. The doctor was very friendly and explained about what's happening with my kid. I really felt that my kid was really cared for in Kalgoorlie. Thank you team.

It's wonderful to hear you and your child were well cared for and the whole team were friendly and patient-centred; taking the time to talk you through and explain what was happening.

I am really proud of the service our ED team provides for our community 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. As a parent living in Kalgoorlie it is very reassuring knowing this highly skilled and professional team is there if our families need their care.

I will pass on your story, as hearing this kind of positive feedback, gives the whole team a real boost.
