"Excellent care"

About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

Recently I was taken down by an attack of vertigo

It was a terrible experience but the staff at the emergency department at Sydney Hospital Macquarie St were fantastic

They kept reassuring me every thing would be ok and checking in on me during my stay.

When I arrived Danielle took me from the ambulance and quickly assessed me and told me what would happen, I was so relieved.  Nurse Robyn and nurse Archana where so caring , I know they were busy but I felt I was the only one there

Dr Lawrence was great he fixed me up and then gave me information for the future and he really took an interest in my on going health.

Thank you so much to the team

Regards

Dear asteropemq68

I was delighted to hear about the support, empathy and efficiency in the delivery of care that you have received here at Sydney/Sydney Eye Hospital Emergency Department. It was a great example of how the staff relieved your anxiety and provided reassurance when needed.

I’m also glad you noted how well informed you were kept throughout your visit.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback, I will share this with the staff in the Emergency Department.

Kind Regards,

Jonathan Magill

Director of Nursing
