"Nursing care"

About: Prince of Wales Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I spent three nights in hospital.  The first in an emergency room and the next two in a public ward which is for post operative patients.  The surroundings were 24/7 chaotic with a sense of hysteria in the air.  The night nurse, a man I believe originally from overseas, was a total exception.  He went about his work calmly and competently.  A person who stood out in mine and others experience as genuinely caring.

Dear footballbe96, thank - you for taking the time to write to us and share your recent experience in the Emergency Department (ED). We are so happy to hear that your care in the ED was so compassionate and the male staff member was exceptional.

We hope that you are now fully recovered from your illness. We greatly value and appreciate your feedback about your care experience.

Kind Regards

Barbara
