My son was recently in Northwest Private Hospital for surgery and an overnight stay. He found the staff that cared for him friendly, caring and helpful. The rooms he was in were very nice also. When I had questions the nursing staff and information desk staff I saw were very helpful. A good experience. The surgery was on time (actually early) and the surgeon came to see my son after surgery.
