"A Huge Thank You to Footprints and RBW Hospital"

About: Footprints Home and Community Care (Brisbane North PHN) Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital

(as the patient),

Since I was referred by R. B. W Hospital after several admissions in connection with my pontine stroke to Footprints for domestic help, I have experienced exemplary assistance and guidance with rehabilitation and recently social interaction with other patients weekly.

Their assistance with de-cluttering my place of residence, my attention to minor house hold chores has been made easier.

A huge thank you to Footprints and Royal Brisbane and Woman's Hospital for faithfully understanding their duties under government funding.
