"Confusion over paperwork and online booking"

About: Angliss Hospital / Maternity Box Hill Hospital / Maternity Service GPs in the Aston Electoral District GPs in the Chisholm Electoral District

(as the patient),

I delivered my first child at Melbourne Royal's Hospital. So when I moved from West to East, I get pregnant again and went to Box Hill Mall Clinic to find a GP. GP told me to go to website to register the Hospital myself which is very much different from what I have done for my first child. He referred me to Box Hill Hospital but they assigned me to Angliss Hospital with the reason "nearer to my house". I also did a 12 weeks ultrasound scan and blood test referred by this GP.

Then when I booked pregnancy care in the website, they told me to choose a shared GP from a list that took me a lot of time to find a complete new one.

I started again with the new GP. I also signed a form request GP in Box Hill to transfer my history there to the new GP in Wantirna. But dont know how both sides work with each others, the new GP claimed that she didn't know anything about my pregnancy situation so far and told me to do blood test again. It was so annoying. Who is so free and got a lot of blood to do many tests like that?

Then the system booked me to have a 20 week ultra-sound scan in Box Hill with the reason: book too late, no space in Angliss. When they said so, they didn't consider I need to go there too far right? Then I went to Box Hill, the ultrasound specialist see my form and asked why I came here, Box Hill hospital must be more crowded then Angliss right?

After that, I went to the GP in Wantirna to check again. She told me the Angliss Hospital didn't pass to her any documents or information about me. Also the Box Hill Hospital, so she didn't have my ultrasound scan result then I went there for nothing. She said would call the Box Hill again. Then I have to go to GP one more time to know a better explanation about my scan.

It's just half way of pregnancy. I'm at 24 weeks now but it seems the future about my labor will be so pessimistic as I'm not sure even GP, Angliss or other people related really know what happen to me or not and I'm really sick of running around like that.
