(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

Just got home from my brother’s first holiday in ages. Mum was in Lucinda Cottage while we were away. We felt so ‘safe’ that Mum was being looked after so well and returned to us as her usual self after her stay. Thank you Lucinda Cottage and all the staff there. A big thank you to one particular staff member, who has “encouraged” me to take a holiday for so long – it was hard work on his part – but his messages eventually got through! !

Big thanks to the staff at Parkhill Cottage – without this service I would not be able to work, pay my mortgage and go on the lovely holiday I have just returned from.

Finally, to all those who organise all your services, a big “thank you”.

Thank you so much for your story. It is pleasing to hear that because of the service and staff at Lucinda Cottage and Parkhill Cottage that you were able to take a much needed holiday.
