(as a parent/guardian),

My child had some post op bleeding issues after having septoplasty surgery at another hospital. On two occasions we had to take my child to Box Hill ED to resolve the problem. On both occasions my child was treated by Nick - ENT surgeon.

I would just like to express how wonderful all the staff were, both nurses and doctors. But most of all would like to express how wonderful Nick was with my child. He has a beautiful caring and calming nature, and we felt like we were in good hands with Nick, and receiving the highest level of care to resolve my child's issue. Thank you Nick, you are an amazing person.

I was so pleased to hear the care, courtesy and kindness the team, especially Nick, have provided to you and your child, especially where your need to access care was unexpected and no doubt very stressful time.

It will give me great pleasure to share your feedback with Nick especially as it is so important staff receive both positive comments and also where we have opportunities to learn or improve.

I trust your child is well on the road to recovery and returning to doing the things important to them.
