I got told they would be here at 8am some one rang at 9: 30am saying they had not started yet and would call to let me know it is now 3pm and still nothing.
So upset that a child's high temp was not important. I would not have waited so long they should have rung like they said they would to let me know what was happening at 10am when they actually started even though there hours are 6am to midnight.
I never got to see a doctor, they never came. Not happy about the service at all.
