"Positive help when needed"

(as the patient),

About 2 years ago I went through a very severe illness whilst managing 3 kids, with one of my kids also very sick. I was referred to Gippsland Central Health Service and they offered me home care to assist with house cleaning. This was a huge help and I feel like more time should be allocated to this service. I felt much better and was able to return to work.

Dear Mum of 3

Thank you for your feedback, I am really pleased that our home help service was of such assistance to you.

We are very keen to ensure people get the help they need when they leave hospital.

We are also keen to assist people at home to return to full health and or improve their health and wellbeing so that they are able to do what is important to them and to live fulfilled lives.
