"Outstanding care at BlueCross Broughtonlea"

(as a relative),

My father was a resident at Broughtonlea from early last year until his passing recently.

The care he received during his period of residence was nothing less than outstanding.

The staff involved in his care did so for my father with skill, respect and compassion at all times: this included not just the staff providing his nursing and personal care but the cleaners, kitchen staff, laundry staff and the staff in the cafe. They all became friends to both my father and my family. The staff went above and beyond what was required of them and nothing was too much trouble.

My father passed away at Broughtonlea a short time ago, and even at this most difficult of times, the staff were faultless in their professionalism as well as kind and comforting to us, his family.

I would highly recommend Broughtonlea to anyone who was looking for residential care for themselves or a valued family member.

I hope that the high standard of staff training and morale remains a marker of your business in the future.

Many thanks for your very kind words of thanks and recognition. Please allow me to express my condolences to you and your family during what has no doubt been a very sad time.

And thank you so much for taking the time to write and provide us with your feedback. It is most heart-warming and gratifying to read feedback like this and to understand that this was your experience with and of BlueCross. It certainly makes us all feel very proud to be part of this great team of caring and committed people and reminds us of what is important to our residents and their families.

Thank you also for offering to recommend our service and care to others as we all know the importance of “word of mouth” recommendations from personal and family experience.

I will be sure to send your feedback also to the acting Residence Managers and make sure that it is shared with the Broughtonlea team.
