A family member recently had to go to the emergency department at Wonthaggi Hospital. The care we received from everyone, but particularly our doctor Sen, was amazing. Sen answered all our questions and was so helpful. We can't thank him enough, he is an asset to the hospital

Thanks for this wonderful feedback about our Emergency Department. We are very proud of the staff in our ED and Sen is no exception. They work hard to manage an increasing number of clients and they have a strong focus on making sure their communication is optimal. Most times we get it right and where we don't, we make sure we learn from the experience. It is fantastic that you took the time to provide this feedback and I will pass it onto the ED team, and Sen in particular. Thank you!
