Jimmy was the Physio in the Emergency Dept. What a wonderful , caring and professional person! I had seen a lot of people/ doctors and I was very upset and disappointed with their attitude and professionalism, before I eventually got to Jimmy .

Jimmy was a breath of fresh air. The Prince Of Wales Hospital should be honoured to have such an outstanding individual working for them.

The bad experience I had was not with the staff of Prince of Wales.It was with other doctors. It was only when I came to emergency that I got excellent service. Keep the good work up!
