"Seeing a psychologist"

About: Lives Lived Well Specialist Centre

(as the patient),

I went to see a psychologist as recommended by my doctor.   I found him to assume too much, too soon, and make too many snap judgments.   When I went to put in my medicare claim at the end of the session after paying, it was rejected.  The staff could not explain why and did not appear interested in finding out for me.   What they should have done was to see how many sessions I had remaining under the mental health care plan prior to my payment.   I am unemployed and cannot afford the $160 payment but am now out of pocket due to what I believe was their negligence.
