I recently had a health incident and after attending my GP he directed me to attend A& E either at Box Hill or Epworth. I decided on Box Hill and was very pleased I did and it has restored my faith in the public system. My triage and admission to A& E was seamless. The staff were welcoming and efficient and I felt that I was in good hands. My health issue was sorted and I was discharged home armed with the appropriate advice, instructions and information. I have worked in health for many years and could not fault my care. The nurses, clerk and medical staff were great. So thank you to you all.
