Nurse Mandy showed me how to use a catheter which was very helpful as I was distressed about using it and she has been a big help to me. I was very worried I would have to go to hospital but with her help this was prevented.

Mandy is one of our specialist nurses - she is very skilled and she will be very stoked about this feedback - thank you for taking the time to provide us with your experience.
