(as the patient),

I was admitted to the Ward 1 North recently due to a fractured elbow. I cannot praise the nurses Bonnie and Angela highly enough. They have been hard working, very caring and attentive. They went above and beyond to make my life as comfortable as possible. My entire experience, from the ambulance officers to ED and imaging staff and all the other assisting hospital personnel, has been highly positive. Many, many thanks to all these hardworking and caring people. You make a difference in your patients' lives.

Sustaining an injury like this would not have been pleasant but I was so pleased to read your comments about all involved in your care from the Paramedics, Emergency Department and Imaging staff and especially to Bonnie and Angela, part of the great team in ward 1 North. It will give me great pleasure to provide your feedback to them and their managers so they too can reflect on the impact they had on your experience.
