As regular patients to the BCH Allied Health Clinic in Wonthaggi, we are very happy to have the opportunity to report the extraordinary help provided by Lorraine at reception. We are very grateful for her services, always delivered with sincere welcome and interest in our needs and well being. Lorraine always remembers our names when we attend, provides reassurance and without exception delivers solutions and answers. What lovely feedback to a very wonderful BCH team member. I couldn't agree more!! Lorraine is a wonderful team member who goes about her role with professionalism and care. She is someone who truly walks and talks the values of Bass Coast Health in her day to day work, in what is a very busy part of the health service. I have no doubt that Lorraine will be tickled pink that her commitment and skill has been so warmly recognised. I will be sure to pass on your lovely message and I genuinely thank you for taking the time to post your feedback.
