About: Wonthaggi Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a parent/guardian),

We had an amazing experience in emergency recently. My child was unwell with high temps and not eating or drinking. The staff all made my child feel comfortable and were amazing to both of us! Can't thank you all enough for your care and hospitality!

Thank you so much for taking the time to post your experience. I hope your child is recovering well. It can be a very distressing time for both parents and children and I am really pleased that both of you felt comfortable. The Wonthaggi Emergency Department staff take enormous pride in the work they do, and we have focussed on making sure that we continue to improve our communication and our care.
