(as the patient),

Horrible experience at the PathWest in Cloverdale. I am late into my pregnancy and went in with my toddler to get bloods done. I felt that the first staff member ignored me, and the second was abrupt, rude and extremely unhelpful; I was nothing but polite and was met with hostility and a can’t do attitude. In my opinion, no customer service occurred that day. Will never use this clinic again.

I am very sorry to hear about your experience at the Belmont Collection Centre.

We expect all our staff to be respectful and polite to our patients, and will reiterate this expectation with our staff via scheduled Customer Service training sessions.
