I write on behalf of our family, to express my deep appreciation for the excellent support offered by Scott, as we have been confronted by the effects of alcohol on a family member.

Scott's professionalism has been simply outstanding and his sensitivity has engendered true confidence and a sense of hope in trying circumstances.

Thank you to Scott and to Bass Coast Health for providing such valued support in this area of enormous need in our community.

Dear Appreciative parents,

Thanks so much for taking the time to express your appreciation about Scott. We will pass on your comments and I know he will be very chuffed. Scott is one of our excellent pharmacotherapy nurses and has been providing an excellent service to the community for many years. I agree wholeheartedly that he is professional and skilled, and most importantly, he is compassionate and cares. It's sometimes a very hard road supporting loved ones with Alcohol issues - I hope things go well for you all and please take care of yourselves as well through this journey.

Thank you Jan. My wife and I really appreciate the care and support that you offer.

I had a call from our son, this afternoon. He seems to be doing well and will be kept for an extra couple of days so that his Blood Pressure may be monitored.

Many thanks for your assistance.

I will be pleased to forward further comment regarding the excellent guidance that Scott has provided and on your further programs of support. We have an appointment with Sarah, who I believe had taken over the support that Rachael offered to families and which I found very beneficial in the past.
