Hi, the care I received at both hospitals was second to none.

Especially Sydney Hand & Eye Hospital level  2 West Wing. The doctors are first class, friendly and caring. Nurses are also caring and create a very positive atmosphere. Special thanks to Dr Julian, Dr Ryan, Dr Alex and to all the staff. I'm glad to say our health care system is not broken, but first class. People need to understand that there is more than just one of us and the hospital staff are doing their best to help the people who need immediate attention first. So people need to be a bit more understanding of the big picture and not be so selfish. Yes, I have sat patiently in a waiting room for 2 to 3 hours to get looked at, which is fine when the treatment is excellent. On that note, I was more than happy with the care I received.
