About: Merredin Health Service / Emergency Department

(as a relative),

My mother has needed to be transported to Merredin Hospital on a number of occasions recently.

She has always received extremely good care from both the Emergency Department and the hospital as a whole.

In particular, we would like to call out Matthew in the ED for the outstanding job he does - always caring and professional. Without him, and the hospital, I am sure that Mum would not be with us today.

Thank you Merredin Hospital for doing such a wonderful job!

The Merredin team strive to provide safe, high quality care and a positive patient experience to all that access the services.

I will take great pride in passing on your lovely compliment to the staff at Merredin with a special mention to Matthew. Kindness, compassion and professionalism really do go a long way and agree that we are certainly lucky to have staff that are always willing to show such qualities.

Patient Opinion is a wonderful tool that allows us to engage with our consumers in a meaningful way.
