My mother was at Edina for approx 6 months till earlier this year. I've never seen her so unhappy.

In my opinion, the level of care was appalling while she was there. The meals were largely inedible. My mother lost so much weight under their care. She was rarely showered. She had constant urinary tract infections as a result of being left sitting in her own urine for hours on end.

My mother is now thriving in the care of another facility where the staff genuinely care for the residents. I think this facility needs to be fully investigated into how they care for their patients.
