(as the patient),

I have lost vision in my left eye. During my stay at Sydney Eye Hospital I have had every attention and need attended to. I would like to particularly commend the social worker, who has made arrangements well beyond my expectations. She has been wonderful. 

I have been very well cared for. Thank you.

Dear Lefty

I am sorry for the loss of vision in your left eye, a very daunting and challenging experience and we thank you for taking the time to share your story with us. We are delighted to hear that your experiences have been so positive of the outstanding care and treatment provided to you by all our staff. I will share your feedback to all the staff and in particular the social worker.
