"Mum's last days"

We waited for quite a while to get Mum into St. Albans from Footscray. She had been going downhill very fast, so when we shifted her in she wasn't doing well at all. Every staff member here was fantastic and very helpful, not only to Mum's needs, but also to us when we had to place her into palliative care. Carlo who was acting manager was so very compassionate, as were all the staff there. I have, and will keep recommending this facility. Forever grateful to all concerned.
