"Jurien bay health centre"

About: Jurien Bay Health Centre

(as a parent/guardian),

My child had a massive fish hook embedded in their hand.  Needless to say I was a little stressed out!  The nurse that looked after him was amazing, kept us all calm, had a joke with us and made us all feel at ease.  We were seen almost immediately and the level of care was amazing.  A big thank you to the nurse and staff at Jurien Bay Health Centre.

Dear woops

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your positive experience.

I will take great pleasure in passing on your kind words to our manager and staff at Jurien. Going to an Emergency Department can often be a distressing experience not only for children but their parents as well. It is pleasing to hear that our staffs kindness and compassion came through to ensure you and your child were calm and felt at ease, whilst providing excellent care.

It is our goal that these attributes always sit as the cornerstone of our care.

I hope your child has recovered well and thank you again for sharing your experience with us.

Kind regards

Sean
