Finding the Flinders Cancer Clinic is confusing for first timers, but I got wonderful help from a volunteer. In my opinion, clear, informed signs are needed.
Finally at the clinic, again poor or no information was on directory boards. I found the Haematologist Unit. I do not think outsiders know medical terms. You need a sign stating 3rd-floor Haematologist Unit, and any other unit.
When you are not well these things are very tiring going back and forward... also the wait time was so long. Again when you are unwell I found it to be like hell waiting. Thank you to the kind volunteer who made me a coffee.
Please think about a letter sent and how to navigate. These are very simple things but they would make it just that little bit less stressful.
