"Busselton Health Campus"

I am writing to praise the good service and thorough care I recently experienced at the Busselton Health Campus. I took my teenager to the Busselton Health Campus recently one night, as my teenager was feeling faint and finding it difficult to breathe. Lucky for us they were not overly busy at that time, so my teenager was triaged immediately and a doctor was able to see us quite quickly. My teenager was connected to a heart monitor, had blood tests and also given an IV drip as they were dehydrated. All the while not making my teenager feel embarrassed about having a needle phobia and needing happy gas and numbing cream just to have a blood test. The blood test revealed my teenager just had the flu, however we were so pleased with how thorough and patient the staff were ensuring there were no other nasty issues it could possibly have been associated with their slightly elevated heart rate. I think people can be too quick to complain and not so quick to pass on a compliment in the health industry. I have a number of friends who also have had good experiences when they have needed to attend ED in Busselton. Thank you - don't change a thing!
