I just spent 35 minutes on hold waiting to cancel an existing house call booking, my call was disconnected without speaking to anyone. I called again straight away and again after being on hold for 20 minutes without speaking to anyone my call was disconnected! ! Let’s hope this 3rd call doesn’t get disconnected! !
