* Staff are pleasant, efficient and take time to explain.

* Conscious of cleanliness - gloves, hand cleanser, storage of dressings

Overall, a very helpful service for the benefit of patient and carer.

Dear wound dressing

I am so pleased that you took the time to explain about the service that our District Nurses provide to you. I am especially pleased with your description of the infection control aspects that you have noted, the use of gloves, hand washing and storage of dressings, as these are so critical to wound healing. Also your mention of the staff taking the time to explain things is really excellent, as it means they are really taking the time and ensuring you know what is happening to your dressing. I am going to share your message with the staff in this team. Again, thank you.
