(as the patient),

Recently I underwent a procedure as a patient in the Day Procedure Unit.   I would like to commend all staff, not only in DPU, but in Patient Services, theatre and recovery, as well as the surgeon and anaesthetist, on the caring attitude they displayed toward me.  Everyone that I encountered was genuinely pleasant, caring and compassionate, and I really felt cared for.

Mauricio, our operating suite manager, is in a training course today and I sure he will be very keen to respond to you personally when he returns.
