Wanted to say how good the experience of having my pterygium operation was from start to finish. The whole process was handled with professionalism and humour. I would like to thank the staff for their attention to detail and also making me feel completely relaxed and at ease. All the staff from the reception, porters, nurses, anaesthetist were all very friendly and I really enjoyed the humour between staff and patients.
